The Gen 2 PMAG 30 is our "go-to" AR-15 specific magazine. The PMAG is reliable, compatible, and affordable. If using the magazine with multiple STANAG platforms in addition to the AR-15, we do find the M3 PMAG series to be more reliable in those alternate platforms, but both magazines are among our first choices.
